| 摘 要： | 目的了解台湾地区汽车旅馆柜台人员实际工作现况,进而探讨其工作压力对忧郁情绪的影响。方法利用参与式观察及结构式访谈等方式,实地观察及访问台湾地区汽车旅馆内任职的柜台人员。结果造成忧郁情绪的原因中有23·5%源自于工作压力,由柜台人员自评造成工作压力的主要来源的统计结果显示,以"必须反覆做很多重复性的事务""必须随时学习新事物"、"突发状况层出不穷,担心无法应付"等3项的认同高度提高。结论台湾地区汽车旅馆柜台人员工作压力较大,其忧郁情绪与工作压力有关。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To understand the real working situation of motel receptionists in Taiwan area and explore the influence of job stress on their depressive mood.[Methods]Participant observation and structured interview were conducted to make a field investigation with the motel receptionists.[Results]23.5% of the depressive mood were caused by job stress,namely,obligatory repeated strifles;learning fresh things and difficult-to-handle bombshells.[Conclusion] Motel receptionists in Taiwan have heavy job stress,which has close relationship with their depressive mood. |
