| 摘 要： | 以碱性酒石酸铜（ACT）比色法测定了硫酸妥布霉素注射液的含量。硫酸妥布霉素的平均回收率为100．07％，变异系数0.96％.结果表明本法快速、简便、准确，适用于制药厂对中间体的质量控制及医院药房的快速分析。

| Abstract: | A rapid colorimetric assay for determining tobramycin concentration in preparation sulfate injection was studied. The recovery was 100.07% (r=0.96%). The results showed that this method was rapid and accurate and can be easily applied in the hospital pharmacy for the rapid analysis and be used in the pharmaceutical factory for the controling of semi-finished product. |
