| 摘 要： | 目的 改进护理交班报告书写方式 ,保持护理文件完整性 ,防止潜在的医护纠纷发生。方法 调查 3个病区各 96d交班报告 ,对交班报告中的信息进行分类统计 ,与护理文件相比较。结果 交班报告中有些特殊信息 ,在护理文件中没有记录。结论 护理记录和交班报告合而为一的书写方式 ,保持了护理文件的完整性 ,提高了护理文件中数据的信息价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the mode of records of nursing shift reports, keep the integrity of nursing documents, and avoid the potential medical disputes.Methods We performed a survey on the nursing shift reports of 96 days in three units. The information in the nursing shift reports was classified and compared with nursing documents.Results There was some special information recorded in the nursing shift reports which not appeared in the nursing documents.Conclusions The new mode of records,which combines the nursing record with nursing shift report,can keep the integrity of nursing documents and then enhances the value of the information in nursing documents. |
