| 摘 要： | 目的了解甘泉社区居民高血压患病情况，为开展社区高血压防治提供依据。方法利用居民健康档案及现场调查资料进行统计分析。结果本社区15岁及以上居民高血压、冠心病、高血脂症、脑卒中及心肌梗死的患病率分别为14．47％、5．36％、2．15％、1．83％、0．16％。男女性高血压患病率分别为8．77％和9．71％。高血压患病率随年龄增加而上升。结论应重视和加强以社区为中心的高血压三级管理。
