| 摘 要： | 本文报道132例全身性红斑狼疮(SLE)的肺部与胸膜表现,包括7例尸检确诊者。胸膜改变占50～75％,肺改变占17％。肺部受累的阳性率与所拍照X线片的时机有较大关系,故应反复及早做胸片检查,有利于及早发现肺与胸膜改变。

| Abstract: | 132 cases of pleuropulmonary SLE were reported. Pleural and lung involve-ment was about 75% and 17% respectively. The characteristic radiogra-phical changes of pleuropulmonary SLE were linear shadows in the basal part of both lungs and segmental or wide-spread patchy ill-defined small irregular shadows. The rate of diagnosis was highly dependent upon the quality of thc chest films. Frequent X-ray checking-up might be helpful in making correet diagnosis. |
