| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨^18F-FDG符合线路显像联合血清癌胚抗原（CEA）、糖类抗原50（CA-50）检测对肺癌诊断的价值。[方法]对198例经CT扫描疑似肺癌患者行^18F-FDG符合线路显像、血清CEA及CA-50检测,分别计算其敏感度、特异性及准确率。[结果]18F-FDG符合线路显像联合血清CEA、CA-50检测敏感度为100%,特异性为91.15%,准确率为94.44%,均明显高于单一指标检测。[结论]^18F-FDG符合线路显像联合血清CEA、CA-50检测能够明显提高对肺癌诊断效能。
