伸筋草挥发性成分GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的 研究中药伸筋草的挥发性成分.方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取伸筋草挥发油,并用GC-MS进行测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构检索,应用色谱面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量.结果 从伸筋草挥发油中分离并检索出36种化学成分,其中相对质量分数大于5%的分别为2-甲基-5-异丙基苯酚、葵酸、十八烷、二十烷、十六烷酸、十八烷二烯酸.结论 36种挥发性成分均为首次从该植物中得到,占挥发油气化产物的87%.

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of volatile oils from lycopodii herb.Methods: The oil was obtained with steam distillation.The chemical compositions were separated and identified by GC/MS.The relative contents in the oil were determined with area normalization method.Results: Thirty-six compounds were gotten from lycopodii herb.The compounds of its relative content that was more than 5 % were as follows: phenol,2-methyl-5-(1-methylethyl)-,pecanoic acid,octadecane,eicoasne,hexadecanoic acid,and 9,12-octadecadienoic acid.Conclusion: Thirty-six chemical constituents was obtained from this plant for the first time.Volatile oils extracted with steam distillation from lycopodii herb was separated and ideutified up to 87 percent of distillation products in component analysis.
