| 摘 要： | 采用食管逆行置线胃造瘘循环扩张治疗腐蚀性食管狭窄12例,对手术方法作了详细介绍,逆行扩张的有效性和成功率优于顺行扩张,治疗效果满意。

Treatment of Erosive Stricture of Esophagus with Dilatation by Retrograde Puted Line |

| Abstract: | From may 1984 to January 1989,we have adopted retrograde puted line after gastrotomy for retrogade dilatation in 19 cases of esophageal erosive stricture.The results were successful,that not only diet passages were restorated rapidly but also stenosis of stomach or pylorus were released at the same time.Effect and successful rate of ratrograde dilatation were higher than those of antegrade di- latation.The technique of the operation was simple and easy.The operation rate of esophageal re- placement and its complication were reduced.The survival rate was risen and fatality rate was re- duced. |
