| 摘 要： | 对城市60例和农村54例家鼠型出血热病例作1:1配对病例对照研究。经单因素配对分析和多元 Logistic 模型拟合,表明城区居民罹患本病的高危因素是接触鼠及其污染衣物、沟田边坐卧、家里或工作场所鼠患和蚤叮咬;而农村居民的高危因素则是手足皮肤破伤、接触家鸡、沟田边坐卧和吃鼠污染食物.提示城乡居民感染本病病毒的途径有所不同,在预防工作中应予注意.

| Abstract: | We analysed the case-control data of House Rats type of Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fever(EHF), which were 60 pairs from an urban area and 54 pairs from a rural area,with the single-factor- matched method and Logistic model.The results showed that the high risk factors of this disease were contact with rats and contamination of things with their dropping,sitting or lying near ditches or fields, rats activity in the home or at work-place,bites of leas in the urban endemic areas,and wounds in hands or feet,contact with domestic fowls,sitting or lying near ditches or fields and contamination of food with rats dropping in the rural areas.This difference between the urban and rural areas may be mainly attributed to the different environments and habits of living and working,which must been paid attention to when the prevention measures are planned. |
