芪龙胶囊对大鼠脑缺血的保护作用

摘    要:目的:研究观察中药芪龙胶囊对大鼠脑缺血的保护作用.方法:采用光化学诱导局灶性脑梗塞模型(PITCI)和三氯化铁所致大鼠单侧大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)模型,观察了芪龙胶囊对缺血性中风的保护作用;采用双侧颈总动脉结扎模型研究药物对脑毛细血管通透性的影响.结果:芪龙胶囊0.6g·kg-1,0.3g·kg-1,0.15g·kg-1可明显减轻光化学诱导局灶性脑梗塞模型大鼠神经症状,减少脑梗塞范围(P<0.05,P<0.01);0.6g·kg-1,0.3g·kg-1可明显减轻该模型大鼠脑含水量变化率(P<0.05,P<0.01).芪龙胶囊0.6g·kg-1,0.3g·kg-1可明显减轻MCAO大鼠神经症状,减少脑梗塞范围(P<0.05,P<0.01).该药还能显著降低双侧颈总动脉结扎大鼠血脑屏障毛细血管通透性,减少模型大鼠脑组织EB含量(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论:芪龙胶囊具有很好的脑保护作用.

Abstract:AIM:To study the protective effect of Qilong Capsule (Radix Astragali, Lumbricus, and Radix Salviac Miltiorrhizae, erc.) (QLC) on cerebral ischemia in rat. METHODS: Thrombotic ischemia (PITCI) and middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) induced by photo chemical in rats was used to observe the protective effect of QLC on ischemia stroke and common carotid artery occlusion (CCAO) rats was used to analyse the effect of QLC on blood brain barrier (BBB) permeability. RESULTS: QLC 0.6g/kg, 0.3g/kg and 0.15g/kg could improve the abnormal behavior of PITCI rats and decrease the infarction area, QLC 0.6g/kg and 0.3 g/kg could improve the abnormal behavior of MCAO rats and decrease the infarction area ( P<0.05,P<0.01 compared with vehicle). QLC 0.6g/kg, 0.3g/kg could also decrease water content in the brain of PITCI rats ( P<0.05,P<0.01 compared with vehicle). QLC 0.6g/kg, 0.3g/kg could significantly reduce the permeability for evans' blue (EB) of CCAO rats ( P<0.05, P<0.01 , compared with vehicle). CONCLUSIONS: QLC can protect the brain ischemic injury.
