数码治疗仪治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

目的：评价数码治疗仪治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及安全性。方法：采用数码治疗仪结合常规治疗与单纯常规治疗进行对照,观察两组患者治疗前后的症状、体征、生活能力、下肢功能评分及总体疗效。结果：经过21d治疗,治疗组30例有效,总有效率为75%;对照组9例有效,总有效率为22.5%。经统计学处理,显示差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：数码治疗仪结合常规治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好疗效,并且安全。

Digital therapy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of digital therapy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：Combined with the digital treatment with conventional therapy were compared with conventional treatment alone,patients were observed before and after the symptoms and signs of life,lower extremity function score and the overall effect.Results：After 21 days treatment group,30 were effective,total effective rate was 75%;control group,9 cases,total effec tive rate was 22.5%.Statistical analysis shows that the difference was significant（P0.01） .Conclusion：Digital therapy combined with conventional treatment of lumbar disc herniation has a good effect,and safety.
