| Abstract: | The effect of naturally occurring cytokines on the chemiluminescence response of neutrophils from bronchoalveolar lavage and peripheral blood was studied in patients with chronic bronchitis. It was found that the response of neutrophils from bronchoalveolar lavage differs from that of peripheral blood neutrophils.
