新疆棕色林蚁氨基酸与维生素的测定与分析

目的：测定与分析新疆可食用棕色林蚁（Formica rufa L．）氨基酸与维生素成分。方法：采用高压液相色谱仪测定蛋白质中17种氨基酸成分与含量，使用PICO．TAG柱前衍生法测定色氨酸成分与含量；使用高压液相色谱法测定维生素A、E、D、B1、B2、B6、B12、烟酸、叶酸等含量。结果：新疆棕色林蚁的必需氨基酸种类齐全，维生素E、B1、B2、B6、烟酸、叶酸含量较高。结论：新疆棕色林蚁氨基酸与维生素含量丰富，各氨基酸间结构较为合理，其综合应用的开发前景十分广阔。

The determining and analysis evaluation of amino acids and vitamins of Formica rufa L. in Xinjiang

Objectives: Determining and analysing the amino acids and vitamin ingredient of Formica rufa L. in Xinjiang. Methods: The contents of amino acids are determined by HPLC; Tryp is determined by PICO.TAG; VitA, VitD, VitE, VitB1, VitB2, VitB6, VitB_12, VPP, Folic acid of Formica rufa L. are determined by HPLC. Results: The amino acids of Formica rufa L. of Xinjiang are proper and vitamins are higher and proper than other ants. Conclusions: The amino acids and vitamins of Formica rufa L. of Xinjiang are eutrophy, and the proportion of amino acids are rational. Its combinational applicable exploitable perspective will be wide.
