| 摘 要： | 应用脑脊液细胞玻片离心法,对192例经住院临床确诊的4种中枢神经系统(CNS)传染性疾病住院病人脑脊液嗜碱性粒细胞(basos)进行了检查,并将4个亚组之阳性率进行比较,卡方检验表明,脑猪囊虫病与结核性脑膜炎/化脓性脑膜炎/病毒性脑膜炎之间有极显著差异(P<0.001)。作者等还指出,脑脊液中 basos 阳性率增高与嗜酸性粒细胞、浆细胞阳性率增高之同时存在,对脑猪囊虫病的诊断及其与置面的3种脑膜炎之鉴别诊断有重要参考价值。

| Abstract: | A total of 192 inpatients diagnosed clinically as one of four Cerebral/ meningeal infectious diseases Were recruited to the trial of basophils exam- ination of CSF,using the method of CSF (cells) slide centrifugation.Com- parison of CSF basophils positive rates (BPR) in the four respective groups were conducted.Markedly significant differences were found between the CSF BPRs of Cysticercosis cellulosae of brain (CCB) and tuberculous men- ingitis/purulent meningitis/viral meningitis (thru chi-square distribution test,P<0.001).It is concluded that,the elevated BPR ought to be look- ed upon as one of the characteristics of CSF Cellular response in CCB; and,the coexistence of elevated BPR and elevated eosinophils PR & plas- mocytes PR in CSF is of importance in differential diagnosis of the above four infectious diseases. |
