氨溴特罗口服液加必嗽平治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效研究

目的探讨氨溴特罗口服液加必嗽平治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效和安全性．方法选取2009年6月～2009年12月间在我院住院的小儿支气管肺炎患儿68例，随机分为观察组和对照组；两组均给予常规基础治疗，观察组在此基础上给予氨溴特罗口服液加必嗽平治疗，观察治疗效果。结果观察组患儿咳嗽消失、痰量消失、喘息缓解、肺部哕音消失以及总疗程明显短于对照组，两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组总有效率为97．06％，对照组为76．47％，两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组用药后有2例、对照组有3例发生轻度腹泻，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论氨溴特罗口服液加必嗽平治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效确切，且安全可靠，值得应用，

Study on Effect of Hydrochloride Oral Solution Combined with Bromhexine in Treatment of Pedo-bronchopneumonia

Objective To investigate the effect and safty ofhydrochloride oral solution combined with bromhexine in treatment ofpe- do-bronchopneumonia. Methods 68 cases with pedo-bronchopneumonia in our hospital from June in 2009 to December in 2009 were divided into the observation group and the control group. The both groups received the western medicine conventional therapy, and the observation group received the treatment ofhydrochloride oral solution combined with bromhexine. Results The time of cough disappeared, phlegm disappeared, gasping released, wheezing sound disappeared and course of treatment in the observation group was fewer than that in the control group with significant difference （P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 97.06% in the observation group and 76.47% in the control group,and there was significant difference （P 〈0.05）. There were 2 cases in the observation group and 3 cases in the control group with slight diarrhea, but there was no significant difference （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of hydrochloride oral solution combined with bromhexine in treatment ofpedo-bronchopneumonia is obvious and safe, which is worth of wide application.
