摘    要:目的 检测脑囊尾蚴病患者脑脊液内NO和抗体含量 ,并对两者进行相关分析 ,以了解在本病中NO与体液免疫之间的关系。方法 采用Griess法检测 30例脑囊尾蚴病患者和 2 0例正常人脑脊液NO含量 ,用ELISA法检测脑脊液内抗体含量 ,以抗体含量做X轴 ,以NO含量为Y轴 ,对两者作相关分析。结果 脑囊尾蚴病患者脑脊液内NO含量高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,前者NO含量与抗体含量呈正相关关系 ,相关系数为0 .6 74 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 在脑囊尾蚴病患者中枢神经系统内 ,NO对抗体的产生可能有调节作用 ,NO参与体液免疫过程

Investigation of the Relationship between Nitric Oxide and Antibody in Cerebrospinal Fluid from Patients with Neurocysticercosis
Abstract:Purpose To investigate the relationship between nitric oxide and humoral response of neurocystercosis patients, we measured cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) nitric oxide (NO) concentration and the level of antibody and analyse their correlation. Methods The concentration of NO and the level of antibody in CSF from 30 neurocysticercosis patients and 20 controls were detected by Griess and ELISA method respectively. Scatter diagram and correlation analysis was employed to find the relation between the levels of nitric oxide and antibody. Results The concentration of CSF nitric oxide from neurocysticercosis is higher than controls and positively correlate with the level of antibody (Pearson=0.674,P<0.01). Conclusions The results indicated that NO is important to humoral responses in CNS of patients with neurocysticercosis and may modulate the level of antibody.
