摘    要:采用放射免疫的方法测定锰作业工人血中催乳素和血浆肾素活性 ,以探讨锰对内分泌和循环系统的影响。结果表明 :锰接触组的血中催乳素浓度、肾素活性均明显高于对照组 ,提示锰接触可能影响结节 -漏斗部位的功能 ,锰还可通过肾素 -血管紧张素 -醛固酮系统影响循环系统功能。

Abstract:In order to study the adverse effects of manganese on neuro endocrine and cardiovascular system, radioimmunoassay(RIA) was used to test the blood prolactin concentration and plasma renin activity among manganese exposed workers The result showed that the blood prolactin concentration and Plasma renin activity in manganese exposed workers were significantly higher than those of control group.It suggested that manganese exposure might affect the function at tubero infundibular area and renin angiotensin aldosterone system.
