绍兴市急性职业性手外伤患者的社会支持分析

目的：了解急性职业性手外伤患者的社会支持现状，探讨他们社会支持人数、来源、性质及满意度之间的关系，为护理干预提供依据。方法：采用社会支持量表（SSQ）和社会支持性质量表（ISEL）作为测查工具，对绍兴市两所医院194名手外伤患者进行了问卷调查。结果：手外伤患者获得的社会支持人数不多，支持满意程度中等；朋友、爱人、父母亲是主要支持来源；手外伤患者获得的物质支持最多，其次为信息支持和陪伴支持，情绪支持最少。结论：手外伤患者的社会支持网络规模小，满意度不高，社会支持对手外伤患者的身心健康有直接或间接的影响，医护人员应对手外伤患者的社会支持现状进行适当的干预，以促进其身心健康状况的康复。

Analysis on Social Support to Patients with Acute Occupational Hand Injury in Shaoxing

Objective： To learn about current social support to patients with acute occupational hand injury, and explore the relationship between number, source, character and satisfaction of their social support, so as to provide basis for nursing intervention. Methods： 194 patients with hand injury from two hospitals in Shaoxing responded to the questionnaires of Social Support Questionnaire （SSQ） and Interpersonal Support Evaluation List（ISEL）. Results： The patients received social support were not enough, and the satisfaction degree was moderate; friends, couples, parents were main sources of social support for patients with hand injury ; support the patients received most was material support, followed by informational support and company support and emotional support was the least. Conclusion： The social support network of patients with hand injury is small in size, and the satisfaction is not high, the social support directly or indirectly influences on mental health of patients with hand in jury. Medical staff should make appropriate interventions to the social support of patients with hand injury, so as to promote their physical and mental health rehabilitation.
