社区居家养老医疗服务存在的问题及对策

社区居家养老是一种将家庭养老和社会机构养老有机结合的新型养老方式，是实现老年人“老有所养”的行之有效的途径，为老年人提供高效的医疗服务是社区居家养老服务的重要内容之一。本文分析了我国社区居家养老医疗服务中存在的医疗服务供需失衡、专业人员缺乏等问题，并相应地提出在社区居家养老医疗服务中引人多元化供给主体和医务社会工作等建议，以提高社区居家养老医疗服务水平。

Problems and Countermeasures of Health Service in Community - Based Home Care for the Old - Age

Community - based home care for the old - age is a new form that integrates family pension and social institutions pension, which provides effective approaches to achieve ＂a sense of security＂ for the old. Moreover, offering efficient health service is an important component of community - based home care for the old - age. This paper analyzes the problems of health service in community - based home care for the old - age such as imbalanced health service between supply and demand, a lack of professionals etc. To improve the level of health service, we put for-ward some suggestions and countermeasures including introducing diversified suppliers and social medical work and so on
