川南地区23所二级医院基本药物制度实施情况调查

目的：对川南地区二级医院的基本药物使用情况进行调查,为优化基本药物品种目录提供参考。方法：抽取川南地区23所二级医院作为样本,对2009-2011年基本药物品种数及其在药品总品种数中的百分比,以及基本药物的用药金额及其在总用药金额中所占百分比进行统计、分析。结果：2009-2011年二级甲等医院基本药物平均配备率分别是25.67%、32.21%和35.58%,用药金额占比分别为22.82%、27.71%和31.24%。二级乙等医院基本药物平均配备率分别是32.13%、36.08%和40.91%,用药金额占比分别为26.82%、31.96%和36.53%。结论：川南地区二级医院的基本药物制度实施基本达标。二级医院应切实执行国家基本药物制度,努力提高基本药物的配备率和使用量。

Investigation of implementation of essential drug system in 23 secondary hospitals in southern part of Sichuan Province

Objective： To investigate the implementation of essential drug system in secondary hospitals in southern part of Sichuan Province, so as to provide reference for optimizing the list of essential drugs. Methods： Twenty three secondary hospi- tals in this area were selected as samples. The categories of essential drugs and their constituent ratios in categories of all of the drugs, consumption sum of essential drugs and its constituent ratio in the consumption sum of all of the drugs were calculated and analyzed. Results： The constituent ratios of categories of essential drugs were 25.67% ,32.21% and 35.58% ,and constitu- ent ratios of consumption sum were 22. 820/00,27.71% and 31.24% in class A secondary hospitals during 2009-2011. The con- stituent ratios of categories of essential drugs were 32.13%,36.08% and 40.91%, and constituent ratios of consumption sum were 26.82 %, 31.96 % and 36.53% in class B secondary hospitals. Conclusion： The implementation of essential drug system in southern part of Sichuan Province generally met the requirements. Secondary hospitals should conscientiously implement the national essential drug system, and increase the constituent ratio and consumption amount of essential drugs.
