黑龙江省农村居民健康状况和卫生服务利用现状调查

目的：了解黑龙江省农村居民两周患病率和两周就诊率情况，分析影响农村居民健康状况和卫生服务利用的因素。方法：采用分层抽样的方法，用χ2检验和Logistic回归分析方法分析影响农村居民健康状况和卫生服务利用的因素。结果和结论：1334人（13．7％）最近两周内身体不适，2208人（22．7％）自评健康状况好；影响两周患病率的主要因素是性别、年龄、婚姻、文化程度、年收入、健康状况及最近1年医药花费。性别、年龄、健康状况及最近一年医药费用是保护因素。两周内患病1334人中只有559人（41．68％）就诊，未就诊主要原因是没钱、服务质量差、自我医疗。性别、年龄、文化程度、年收入、健康状况及最近1年医药花费不同，两周就诊率不同；影响两周就诊率的因素是对新农合规定的医疗机构满意度。

Investigation on Health Condition and Health Service Utilization of Rural Residents in Heilongjiang Province

Objective ： To learn about the two - week prevalence and the two - week consultation rate of rural residents in Heilongjiang prov- ince, and analyze influencing factors of their health conditions and the utilization of health service. Methods： Stratified sampling method as well as X2 inspection and Logistic regression analysis were adopted to analyze the influencing factors of health conditions and the utilization of health services among rural residents. Results and Conclusions： There were 1334 people （13.7%） feeling uncomfortable in the recent two weeks, and 2208 people （22.7%） evaluated by themselves that they were well in health. Factors affecting rural residents＇ two -week prevalence were gen- der, age, marriage, education level, annual income, health and the cost of medical care in the recent year. The differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Gender, age, health condition and the cost of medical care in the recent year were protection factors. After getting sick, only 559 （5.7%） went to see a doctor, and the reasons for not seeking treatment were a short of money, poor service, and selfmedication. It was indicated that the difference between gender, age, marriage, educational level, annual income, health and the cost of medical care in the recent year leaded to the differences in the two - week consultation rate. It was shown that the factor influencing two - week prevalence of rural residents was people＇s satisfaction with the New Rural Cooperative Medical System.
