摘    要:目的通过红外热像图动态观察针灸对骨折愈合的作用.方法纯种新西兰家兔52只,随机分为对照组、针刺组和艾灸组,在手术直视下用咬骨钳在双侧桡骨中下1/3处造成3mm骨缺陷的标准骨折模型,造模后第二天起进行针灸治疗.针刺组取足三里、太溪、曲池、合谷4穴,艾灸组用大杼、肾俞、阿是穴,双侧交替,分别在造模前及造模后对骨折局部肢体进行红外线热像仪扫描,并用计算机图像处理系统计算骨折局部的温度值.结果术前各组皮温无明显差别,术后第4天均有降低,第11天时两个治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而第18天时两个治疗组明显低于对照组.结论针灸疗法具有活血化瘀功能,能改善局部微循环而促进骨折愈合.

Abstract:Objective Using the Ultra Red Ray thermol imaging to dynamicly observe the function of acupuncture and moxibustion on the healing of fractures Methods 52 pure New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into control group,acupuncture group and moxibustion group.A 3mm bone deficiency of standard fracture modles were produced at the lower 1/3 part of both radial bone with bone forceps under vision.Acupuncture moxibustion started at the next day after surgery.Acupuncture was done at the points of ZU SAN LI,TAI XI,QU CHI,HE GU,moxibustion was instituted at DA ZHU,SHEN SHU,A SHI points and was carried out on bilateral side alternatively.All rabits had films taken with the Ultra Red Ray thermol imaging machine at the time of pro and 4th,11th and 18th day after operation.Then the temperatures were calculated at the regions of fracture with the computer.Results Before operation no significant skin temperature difference between the groups were observed.On the 4th postoperative day the skin temperature lowered down in all groups.At the 11th day,the skin temperature in 2 treatment groups were significantly higher than control group and at the 18th day,the skin temperature in the control group rose significantly.Conclusion The treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion might be able to increase the healing speed of fracture through vitalizing the blood,reabsorbing the stasis,improving local blood rheology.
