| 摘 要： | 建立一种使用240μm和160μm的标准粒子溶液评价尼龙血液过滤网过滤性能新方法,代替传统人体血液的评价方法。并通过试验证实,用该方法评价过滤网的过滤性能具有良好的重复性,操作简便、试验材料可得性强、避免因使用血液带来的安全隐患等优点。可用于尼龙血液过滤网和输血器生产的过程控制。

| Abstract: | Develop a new method using standard particles （240μm and 160 μm） to evaluate filtration performance of nylon blood filter nets. It will be instead of the traditional method using human blood. And it has been verified by making test according to the method to evaluate filtration pertbrmance of filter that it has many advantages, such as good repeatability, easy to operate, test material being obtained easily, eliminating a security risk associated with the blood and so on. It can be used in the process control of nylon blood filter nets and transfusion sets. |
