| 摘 要： | 回顾性分析36例HELLP综合征的实验室指标、临床表现及母婴并发症,其中Ⅰ型HELLP综合征22例,Ⅱ型HELLP综合征14例,Ⅰ型HELLP综合征天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)数值高于Ⅱ型,并发弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)和胎儿生长受限(FGR)的概率高于Ⅱ型。Ⅰ型HELLP综合征的病情较Ⅱ型严重,PLT计数减少可增加母婴并发症的发生率。

| Abstract: | The laboratory characteristics,clinical manifestations and the maternal and fetal outcomes of 36 pregnancies complicated with HELLP syndrome were analyzed.The values of aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) of class Ⅰ HELLP syndrome were higher than that of class Ⅱ,and the probability of complicating by disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC) and fetal growth restriction(FGR) were higher than that of class Ⅱ.The condition of class Ⅰ HELLP syndrome was more serious than that of class Ⅱ.The decrease of platelet counts may increase the rate of matennal and infant complications. |
