| 摘 要： | 医院药品回扣具有复杂的形成原因。既有社会因素,又有医院管理问题。一是药品市场管理不善,二是医院监管不力,三是行风建设滞后。整治药品回扣需要建立长效监管机制,在加强药品市场管理的同时,强化医院内部监管。
