HPLC法测定脑血栓片中芍药苷的含量

目的：建立脑血栓片中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为Diamonsil^TM C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）;流动相为乙腈-1%磷酸溶液（15∶85）;检测波长为230nm;柱温为25℃;流速为1.0ml/min;理论塔板数按芍药苷峰计算应不低于3000。结果：芍药苷在0.1002～1.0020μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.99999。芍药苷平均回收率为98.98%,RSD为0.24%。结论：该方法准确性、重复性好,可用于脑血栓片的质量控制。

Content determination of paeoniflorin in Naoxueshuan Tablets by HPLC

Objective：To establish the quantitative method of paeoniflorin in Naoxueshuan Tablets by HPLC.Methods：The column was Diamonsil^TM C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）;the mobile phase was acetonitrile-1% phosphoric acid（15∶85）mixture;the detective wavelength was set at 230 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min;the column temperature was 25℃;the theoretical plates of paeoniflorin peak was greater than 3 000.Results：The linear range was 0.100 2～1.002 0 μg,r=0.999 99.The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 98.99% with RSD of 0.26%.Conclusion：This method is accurate,reproductivity and it can be used for the quality control of Naoxueshuan Tablets.
