尿动力学检查在下尿路症状患者诊断中的价值（附324例报告）

目的：评价尿动力学在下尿路症状（LUTS）患者病因诊断中的重要价值。方法：对324例不同年龄的LUTS患者行尿流率、压力容积、压力-流率、前列腺压和肌电图检查，根据检查结果，行相应的临床治疗措施，比较治疗前后IPSS、QOL的变化。结果：根据尿动力学结果提示LUTS病因有5种，膀胱出口梗阻55．9％、逼尿肌受损、逼尿肌-括约肌失协调、不稳定膀胱、膀胱容量减少。制定相应治疗方案，取得良好临床效果。结论：尿动力学检查揭示LUTS的深层次病因，在LUTS患者的诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗方式的选择上具有重要的意义，值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Value of Urodynamics in the Diagnosis of Patients with Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms(Report of 324 Cases)

Objective：To evaluate the significant value of urodynamics in the diagnosis of patients with lower urinary tract symptoms （LUTS） . Methods：The flow rate, pressure volume studies, pressure flow studies and electromyogram of 324 cases of different ages with LUTS were examined. According to test results, differeht treating strategies were given and IPSS and QOL were compared with the data before. Results： According to urodynamic resuits, there are five kinds of causes of LUTS. 52.9% of the patients suffered from bladder outlet obstruction, detrusor muscle damage, detrusor muscle, external sphincter dyssynergia, and bladder capability decrease or supersensitivity. Appropriate treating plans lead to curative effects. Conclusions：Urodynamics examination revealed the deep--seated causes of LUTS. it was of great significance for making the diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treating plan. It was worthy of being applied clinically.
