| 摘 要： | 目的了解活动局部义齿对基牙牙体、牙周组织及口腔状况影响的机制及特点。方法在7个不同时期,分别检测指定基牙的各临床牙周指数,基牙龈下菌斑细菌相对分布变化;患者唾液流率及pH值;唾液中变形链球菌数。结果患者戴用活动局部义齿后,①短期内基牙PLI、Gl、GBI均明显升高(P<0.01);②牙菌斑细菌中球菌比例减小,而梭状杆菌和螺旋体的比例升高(P(0.01);③唾液流率有所降低,唾液pH值有所升高(P(0.01),但随着戴用时间延长,它们又恢复正常;④患者戴用可摘局部义齿后,唾液中变形链球菌数量增加(P(0.01)。结论戴用活动局部义齿,会引起牙周指数升高及牙菌斑细菌中的致病细菌如螺旋体、梭状杆菌比例增加,同时可导致患者唾液分泌减少,酸碱平衡改变及变形链球菌数量增加。
