| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨凉膈散对内毒素(LPS)致急性肺损伤(ALI)的保护作用。方法:静脉注射内毒素5mg/kg制作大鼠急性肺损伤模型。将实验动物随机分为对照组、LPS组、LPS 3个不同剂量凉膈散组、LPS 地塞米松组,伤后1、2、4、8、16h观察各组大鼠的动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、肺组织通透性指数、肺组织含水量及肺系数、肺组织病理改变的差异。结果:LPS 4h后组肺间质水肿,肺泡腔内可见大量炎细胞浸润和血浆蛋白渗出;氧分压降低,肺湿干重比、肺系数及肺通透性指数均显著升高。地塞米松、凉膈散各组均较LPS组显著下降,氧分压值升高。结论:凉膈散对内毒素导致的急性肺损伤具有保护作用。
