| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝硬化合并肝性脑病(HE)预后的影响因素。方法对86例肝硬化合并HE的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据患者预后分为死亡组与存活组,比较两组病例诱因、重要生化指标(TBIL、ALB、Cr、PT)、Child-Pugh分级、HE分期、并发症。结果两组在上述观察指标间差异均有显著性意义(P0.05,P0.01)。结论诱因、肝肾功能、凝血功能、Child-Pugh分级、HE分期及并发症均影响肝硬化合并HE患者的转归,可作为评价此病预后的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the factors influencing the prognosis of hepatic enecphalopathy(HE).Methods Clinical data of 86 HE cases were analyzed retrospectively,cases were divided into alive group and dead group according to their prognosis.The incentives,important biochemistery parameters(TBIL,ALB,Cr,PT),Child-Pugh classification,clinical stages of HE and complication of the two groups were compared.Results There were significant differencesin in above observing parameters between the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).... |
