无痛苦胃镜在80岁以上高龄患者中的应用

目的 探讨80岁以上高龄患者无痛苦胃镜检查的可行性及安全性.方法 84例高龄患者为麻醉组,22例高龄患者为常规胃镜组,100例中青年患者为镇静对照组.运用小剂量异丙酚和芬太尼、阿托品静脉复合麻醉.对检查过程中血压、心率、血氧饱和度变化、检查时患者反应,胃蠕动频率及清醒时间等进行观察分析.结果 高龄麻醉组检查中不适反应发生明显低于高龄常规胃镜组,麻醉组对胃镜检查的满意程度明显高于常规组.高龄麻醉组检查中血压、心率,血氧饱和度有一过性降低,但检查后迅速恢复,无严重并发症发生,而常规胃镜组检查中心率、血压明显增加.高龄麻醉组异丙酚用量较中青年镇静对照组明显减少.结论 高龄患者运用小剂量异丙酚和芬太尼、阿托品静脉复合麻醉无痛苦胃镜检查是安全和舒适的,严密观察监护是高龄无痛苦胃镜检查的安全保证.

The Anesthesia Gastroscopy Used in Aged-patients Over 80 Years Old
