| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察善得定治疗食道静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效。方法 :将 2 8例食道静脉曲张破裂出血患者随机分二组 ,14例应用善得定治疗为治疗组 ,14例应用垂体后叶素治疗为对照组。结果 :治疗组 3小时、6小时止血率分别为 71.8%、10 0 %。对照组 3小时、6小时止血率分别为 35 .8%、5 0 %。结论 :经临床验证 ,善得定治疗食道静脉曲张破裂止血 ,疗效高、副作用少、优于垂体后叶素

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of sandstatin in treating variceal hrmorrhage.Method:28 cases were devided randomly into two groups,one were treated with sandstatin,the other were treated with pituitrin for coutrast.Results:Therapeutic group:Bleeding was controlled in 71.8% and 100% of patients following treatment of 3 and 6 hours respectively.Contrastive group:Bleeding was controlled in 35.8% and 50% of patients following treatment of 3 and 6 hours respectively.Conclusion:It is concluded that sandstatin is superior to pituitrin in treating variceal hemorrhage.It has higher therapeutic effect and less side effect. |
