摘    要:目的:探讨关节镜手术及个体化康复训练治疗膝关节损伤的疗效.方法:选取2016年9月-2017年9月我院收治的膝关节损伤患者58例,随机分为2组,对照组患者进行关节镜手术治疗后采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上对患者实施个体化康复训练.结果:观察组患者的优良率为96.6%,对照组的优良率为75.9%,差距显著(P<0.05).结论:在膝关节损伤的治疗过程当中,采用关节镜手术以及个体化康复训练的治疗效果较为理想,能够有效提高患者的膝关节功能的康复,临床上应当进一步推广应用.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the efficacy of arthroscopic surgery and individualized rehabilitation training in the treatment of knee joint injuries.Methods:58 patients with knee joint injuries admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with arthroscopic surgery and then received routine nursing care.Patients in the research group received individualized rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Results:the excellent and good rate was 96.6% in the study group and 75.9%in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the treatment process of knee joint injury,the treatment effect of arthroscopic surgery and individualized rehabilitation training was relatively ideal,which could effectively improve the recovery of knee joint function of patients,and should be further promoted and applied clinically.
