踝关节骨折手术治疗及术后康复的效果分析

目的:分析踝关节骨折手术治疗及术后康复的效果.方法:纳入2016年1月-2018年3月前来本院就医的120例踝关节骨折患者为本次研究分析的对象,对其进行手术治疗及术后康复治疗,对其治疗效果进行分析.结果:通过对患者的随访得知,120例患者中有81例患者术后踝功能评分达优,24例患者踝功能评分达良,13例患者踝功能评分达可,2例患者足部功能评分为差,踝关节功能有效恢复率98.3%.结论:对踝关节骨折患者进行手术治疗,及术后对其进行康复治疗,可帮助患者骨折快速愈合,恢复其踝关节功能.

Analysis of the Effect of Surgical Treatment and Rehabilitation of Ankle Fracture

Objective:To analyze the effect of surgical treatment and rehabilitation of ankle fracture.Methods:120 patients with ankle fracture who came to our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were included as the object of this study.The surgical treatment and rehabilitation treatment were carried out,and the therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results:According to the follow一up of 120 patients,81 patients had excellent ankle function score,24 patients had good ankle function score,13 patients had good ankle function score,2 patients had poor foot function score,and the effective recovery rate of ankle function was 98.3%.Conclusion:Surgical treat?ment and rehabilitation after operation can help patients with ankle fracture heal quickly and restore their ankle function.
