基于动态评估的康复训练对脑卒中后失语症患者的疗效与生活质量的影响

目的将基于动态评估的康复训练应用于脑卒中后失语症患者中,探讨对患者疗效及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年7月—2020年9月医院收治的86例脑卒中后失语症患者为研究对象,按照年龄、性别、失语症程度匹配的原则分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者在此基础上实施基于动态评估的康复训练干预,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、语言能力、生活质量情况。结果实施基于动态评估的康复训练干预后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组自发谈话、口语理解、复述能力、命名能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将基于动态评估的康复训练应用于脑卒中后失语症患者护理中,可提升患者临床疗效,改善其语言能力,提高其生活质量。

Effects of rehabilitation training based on dynamic assessment on the efficacy and life quality of the patients with aphasia after stroke

Objective To apply the rehabilitation training based on the dynamic evaluation on the patients with aphasia after stoke and discuss the effect on the patients curative and life quality.Methods To select 86 patients with aphasia after stroke admitted in the hospital from July 2019 to September 2020 as the study objects,according to the principle of age,gender,the level of aphasia matching between groups,they were divided into a control group and an observation group with 43 cases in each group.The routine intervention was given to the control group,the rehabilitation training intervention based on the dynamic evaluation was given to the observation group,to observe and compare the clinical curative,language competence and life quality of two groups.Results After applied the rehabilitation training intervention based on the dynamic evaluation,the clinical effect of the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05),the score of spontaneous conversation,oral comprehension,retelling ability,naming ability of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),the life quality score of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion To apply the rehabilitation training based on the dynamic evaluation on the patients with aphasia after stoke,the patients clinical effect and the language competence were improved and the life quality was enhanced.
