广州市基层医疗机构医师和药师对社区药学服务的认知现状调查分析

目的:优化家庭药师在家庭医生服务团队中的工作模式,为开展社区药学服务提供依据。方法:对广州市21家社区卫生服务中心的临床医师和药师开展问卷调查,并对调查数据进行分析。结果:共发出198份问卷,回收198份有效问卷,有效回收率为100%。两种问卷的Cronbach’α系数分别为0.753和0.710,具有较高的信度。28.57%的医师和38.75%的药师熟悉社区药学服务内容,18.11%的医师和22.63%的药师熟悉家庭药师职责。社区医师的药学服务需求主要是在抗菌药物选择、提供治疗药物最新信息、个体化用药指导、特殊人群用药指导以及患者用药教育等方面。社区药师认为开展社区药学服务的障碍主要是居民对药师缺乏信心、药师知识储备和专业技能不足、医师对药师缺乏信心以及政策法规限制等。结论:目前,社区医师和药师对社区药学服务认识不足,但需求很大。社区药师需要提高自身素质,加强专业培训,适应家庭医生团队的工作要求,才能更好地开展社区药学服务工作。

Investigation and analysis of the cognition on community pharmaceutical care of doctors and pharmacists in primary medical institutions in the city of Guangzhou

Objective:To optimize the working mode of family pharmacists in the family-doctor team,so as to provide evidence for the development of community pharmaceutical care.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among doctors and pharmacists of 21 community health care centres in Guangzhou,and the obtained data were summarized and statistically analyzed.Results:Totally,198 copies of questionnaire were issued and all were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 100%.The Cronbach’αcoefficients of the doctor and pharmacist questionnaires were 0.753 and 0.710 respectively,with good confidence.28.57%of the doctors and 38.75%of the pharmacists were familiar with community pharmaceutical care,and 18.11%of the doctors and 22.63%of the pharmacists were familiar with the duties and responsibilities of family pharmacists.The main needs of community doctors for pharmaceutical care were:the selection of antibacterial drugs,provision of latest information on drugs,individualized medication guidance,medication guidance for special populations,and patient medication education,etc.In the opinion of community pharmacists,the main obscacles encountered in community pharmaceutical care were lack of confidence in pharmacists,insufficiency of related knowledge reserve and professional skills,lack of confidence in pharmacists on the part of physicians,as well as limitations of policies and regulations.Conclusion:At present,community doctors and pharmacists are not fully aware that there is a great demand on community pharmaceutical care.Community pharmacists should improve their personal quality,strengthen professional training,so as to meet the demands on family doctor team and offer better community pharmaceutical care.
