Influencing factors of the psychological disturbance of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients in the purified cabin

Objective To investigate the influencing factors and nursing measures of the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients in the purified cabin.Methods To select 127 hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients admitted in the Zhongshan university cancer center from July 2018 to September 2020 as the study objects.53 cases with the psychological distress were set as the case group,74 cases without the psychological distress were set as the control group.The patients'basic data and the information about the psychological distress were collected,to analysis the independent risk factors that effect the psychological disturbance of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients in the purified cabin.Results Univariate analysis showed that,time of isolation,family monthly income,degree of adverse symptoms,family support,whether or not the first time transplant,disease awareness,family affordability,sleep disorders were the related factors that effect the psychological disturbance of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients in the purified cabin(P<0.05).Multivarate Logistic regression analysis showed that,family support,disease awareness,degree of adverse symptoms were the independent risk factor that effect the psychological disturbance of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients in the purified cabin(P<0.05).Conclusion According to those independent risk factors above,the clinical staffs should strength the prediction,take the effective nursing measures to reduce the incidence rate of the the psychological disturbance of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients in the purified cabin,improve the treatment compliance and treatment effect,promote the patients recovery.
