| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨飞行人员颈椎管率范围及使用价值。方法 在X线侧位片上 ,测量了 113名正常男性飞行人员的颈椎管率。结果 C3 为 0 .95± 0 .10 ,C4为 0 .91± 0 .0 9,C5为 0 .93± 0 .10 ,C6为 0 .91± 0 .0 9。结论 飞行人员健康鉴定及选飞时颈椎管率的正常下限宜定为 0 .85。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the Cervical Spinal Canal Ratio in flight personnel and its Value.Methods Cervical Spine Canal Yatio were measured on Lateral Cervical Spine radiograpns of 113 normal male flight personnel.Results The resulta Showed that The ratio was 0.95±0.10 in C 3,0.91±0.09 in C 4,0.93±0.10 in C 5,and 0.91±0.09 in C 6.Conclusion It is suggested that the minimum of cervical spinal canal ratio bc 0.85,which could act as a standard in thc sclcct and examination of flight psrsonnel. |
