| 摘 要： | 采用氦＿氖激光照射的方法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征患者９８例。结果：痊愈５８例（５９％），显效２５例（２６％），有效１２例（１２％）。经过４年追踪观察，疗效稳定，原有症状无复发。认为，该方法对颞下颌关节早期功能性病变具有显著的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | cases with Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction Syndrome (TMJDS) were treated by He_Ne laser local therapy. The results showed that the therapeatic effect is stable (cure rate 59%, significant effective rate 26%, effective rate 12%) and after the four years of observation the symptoms did not recurr. The author believes that the He_Ne laser has a significant effect on early TMJDS. |
