| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨产前羊水指数（AFI）和无负荷试验（NST）联合测定对预测围产儿预后的价值。方法 对高危妊娠426例产前进行了NST和AFI测定。结果 NST无反应组较有反应组围产儿不良结局比例有明显增加；AFI越低羊水污染率越高；两种检查联合进行，10例NST、AFI均异常者2例围产儿预后良好，假阳性发生率为20．00％，假阴性的发生率为0％；而单一行NST检查假阳性率为38．15％，假阴性率为0．26％。结论 NST和AFI联合测定对预测围产儿的预后有着一定的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the value of combination of AFI and NST in prediction the prognosis of perinatal fetus. Methods Non-stress test and amniotic fluid index were taken in 426 cases of patients with high-risk pregnancy. Results Compared to NST response group ,the ratio of perinatal fetus bad outcome increased in NST non-response group, With the AFI decrease, the rate of meconium-stained amniotic fluid increased. Compared single test, combination of AFI and NST could significantly decrease false positive rate and false-negative rate. Conclusion Combination of AFI and NST are in favor of prediction the prognosis of perinatal fetus. |
