迷走神经在“郄门”—心脏相关联系中的作用

激光针郄门穴有促进家兔心肌缺血损伤恢复的作用,而激光针经穴是通过什么作用途径来调节心脏功能活动的呢?本实验通过切断双侧迷走神经,观察对急性心肌缺血性损伤的影响。实验观察到,对照组和切断迷走组的ST段到50分钟时仍持续高于结节前水平;光针组和切断迷走光针组的ST段到40分钟时已恢复到结扎前水平,切断迷走组和切断迷走光针组的ST段与对照组相比,没有统计学意义;而光针组与对照组比较,差异有显著意义。表明切断迷走神经对光针郄门的促缺血恢复效应中无明显影响,提示迷走神经在郄门—心脏联系途径中不是主要传出途径,但也可能有其一定的作用。

The Role of Vagus Nerve in the Relation of Ximen Point and the Heart

Laser acupuncture at Ximen point in rebbits could promote the recovery of myocardial ischemia. In the previous study, it was reported that the sympathetic nerve was the primary efferent pathway in the relation of the pericardium channel and the heart. In this study, the role played by the vagus nerve in this relation was observed after it was cut. The results showed that the effect of laser acupuncture at Ximen point still remained after the vagus nerve was cut, but not so strong as before. This suggested that the vagus nerve was not the main efferent pathway, but it might play a certain role in this respect.
