后腹腔镜和小切口肾切除术围手术期应激反应比较

目的本研究比较后腹腔镜肾切除术（LN）和小切口肾切除术（MION）二者围手术期应激反应的差别。方法回顾性分析2004年1月至2008年11月在我院进行的24例无功能萎缩肾切除术患者，男16例，女8例，年龄34～48岁，平均44岁。其中重度肾积水4例，中度10例，轻度10例。随机分为两组，每组12例，分别行后腹腔镜肾切除术和小切口肾切除术，并在围手术期分别测定血清总T3、TSH、皮质醇、血糖、外周血白细胞和体温来判断各组应激反应的程度。结果LN手术的应激反应与MION手术相近。结论MION手术应激反应与LN手术相近，是一种安全、有效、有效、微创的治疗方法。

Comparison of stress reaction between retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy and mini-incision open nephrectomy

Objective To compare the degrees of stress reaction both retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephre-ctomy (LN) and mini-incision open nephrectomy (MION). Methods Twenty-four patients with nonfunctioning atrophic kidney who had received nephrectomy in our hospital from January 2004 to November 2008 were analyzed retrospectively and divided into LN group and MION group randomly. Serum thyroxin (T3), thyrotropic-stimulating hormone (TSH), cortisol, glucose., peripheral blood leucocyte and temperature were measured and recorded during the perioperative period, Results There was no statistical difference in stress reaction degree between LN group and MION group. Conclusion The stress reaction in MION is no more than those of LN, which demonstrated that mini-incision open nephrectomy is a safe, effective and microinvasive therapy for nonfunctioning atrophic kidney.
