| 摘 要： | 面对我国当前快速发展的医疗形势，进一步提高医院临床三级医师查房质量，是摆在医院管理者面前的一项重要课题。笔者分析了本院在三级医师查房制度落实方面普遍存在的不足，结合质量管理要求实际，从思想重视与挑战危机；规范查房与明确作用；赋予指标与各司其职3个方面提出了管理与建设方案。

| Abstract: | It is an important duty for the hospital managers to enhance the quality of three-level ward round.The author analyzed the shortage of the implement of three-level doctor ward round in a hospital.Combining with the practice of quality management,the author put forward appropriate measures,which included paying more attention,normalizing the process of word round,giving some evaluating indexes as well as each performing its own functions. |
