依达拉奉对重度颅脑损伤的临床疗效观察

目的观察依达拉奉对重度颅脑损伤的临床疗效。方法将100例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为治疗组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),两组患者入院后常规给予脱水、止血,有手术指征者行开颅减压、脑室引流及血肿清除术等。治疗组给予依达拉奉30mg加入生理盐水100mL,iv,gtt,bid×14d;对照组除不用依达拉奉外余与治疗组相同。观察两组患者的清醒人数、觉醒时间、GCS评分的变化,并分析两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组清醒人数所占比例及治疗后GCS评分均明显高于对照组(p<0.05),觉醒平均时间较对照明显缩短(p<0.05),治愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组(p<0.01)。结论依达拉奉具有清除自由基、缓解脑血管痉挛、减少缺血损伤区脑的细胞凋亡等作用。早期使用对重型颅脑损伤具有明显疗效,值得推广使用。

An observation of clinical effect about edaravone injection in treatment of acute cerebral trauma

Objective:To evaluate clinical effect about edaravone injection in treatment of acute cerebral trauma.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral trauma were given randomly to divide into the treatment group (n=50) and the control group (n=50),After two group of patients are hospitalized the convention to dehydration,to hematischesis and,if has the surgery to open the skull for reduce pressure in cranium,to drainage the ventricles of the brain and to eliminate haematoma in cranium and so on. The treatment group were given edaravone injection 30mg was dissolved in normal saline 100ml,iv,gtt,bid×14d;The control group is same for the treatment group,beside edaravone injection.To observes all patient's sober populations,the awakening time,the GCS grading,and analyzes two groups of clinical effects.Results:After the GCS grading and sober population accounts for the proportion in the treatment group is higher than the control group obviously(p<0.05),Awakens the mean time to compare the obvious reduction(p<0.05),The cure rate and the total effectiveness are higher than the control group obviously(p<0.01). Conclusion:According to reaches edaravone could to eliminate free radical,to alleviate spasm of brain vessel,and to reduce cerebrecyte apoptosis in ischemic and injure area and so on.There are obvious effects in treatment of acute cerebral trauma,if it's used early, and therefore its worth to wide application.
