依达拉奉对高血压脑出血神经功能康复的影响

目的观察依达拉奉对高血压脑出血神经功能缺损康复的作用。方法将高血压脑出血患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,入院后24 h内,在综合治疗基础上,治疗组加用依达拉奉30 mg静脉滴注,每日2次,共14 d。分别于治疗前、治疗7 d及治疗14 d两组进行欧洲卒中量表(ESS)评分。同时于治疗前、治疗14 d及随访3月两组进行日常生活能力(Barthel Index,B I)指数评分。结果治疗7 d、14 d治疗组ESS评分明显高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.01);治疗14 dESS评分还高于治疗7 d时(P<0.05),治疗组治疗14 d及随访3月B I指数评分也明显高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.01),随访3月B I指数评分还明显高于治疗14 d(P<0.01);而对照组治疗后7 d、14 dESS评分及B I指数评分与治疗前相比无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论依达拉奉对高血压脑出血神经功能康复不仅有明显的近期效果,同时还有较明显的远期疗效。

Effect of edaravone on neurological rehabilitation after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Aim To observe the effect of edaravone on neurological rehabilitation after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 82 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.On a general therapy basis,the treatment group was administered intravenously edaravone with a dosage of 30 mg twice a day for 14 days.The two groups were evaluated by ESS measurement at the beginning,the 7th and 14th day while BI score was measured at the beginning,the 14th day and a duration of 3 months follow-up,respectively.Results ESS was higher at 7th and 14th day than that of the control group(P<0.01),and ESS at the 14th day showed a higher score than that at the 7th day(P<0.05).the BI score of treatment group at 14th day and 3 month follow-up were higher than that at the beginning and that of the control groups(P<0.01),and the BI score of treatment group at 3 month follow-up was higher than that at 14th day(P<0.01).The score of ESS and BI of the control group revealed no obvious change at the 7th day and 14th day(P>0.05).Conclusion Edaravone can improve both short and long-term effect on the disorder followed by hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
