ESWL联合URSL治疗输尿管阴性结石76例

目的 总结治疗输尿管阴性结石的方法疗效.方法 采用插管引导或静脉肾盂造影定位体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)、输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石(URSL)治疗输尿管阴性结石76例.结果 76例患者中,55例采用ESWL辅助输尿管插管或静脉肾盂造影定位,1次碎石成功39例,10例2～3次碎石成功,6例改URSL治疗.21例采用URSL,结石排尽17例,2例残留,联合ESWL,结石排出.结论 辅助输尿管插管下或静脉肾盂造影定位行ESWL及URSL,是治疗输尿管阴性结石经济,高效、安全的方法.

76 Cases of ESWL Combined with URSL for Non-opaque Ureterolith Calculi

Objective To summarize the therapeutic effect of methods for non-opaque ureterolith calculi(NOUC). Methods 76 cases of NOUC were treated with guiding tube or intravenous pyelography location in extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL),and pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope (URSL). Results In 76 cases,55 cases were treated ESWL combined with intra-ureteral cannula or intravenous pyelography location,39 cases were successed during the first lithotripsy,10 cases occurred during the second to third lithotripsy,6 case were altered to URSL. In another 21 cases treated with URSL,the calculi were passed out in 17 cases,2 cases of residual calculi were passed out after combined with ESWL. Conclusions It is a economic,high performance,and safe for NOUC using intra-ureteral cannula or intravenous pyelography location in ESWL and URSL therapy.
