硝酸铅、氯化镍对体外培养小鼠卵母细胞成熟的影响

摘    要:采用卵母细胞体外培养的方法研究了硝酸铅、氯化镍对小鼠卵母细胞成熟的影响。结果表明 ,硝酸铅、氯化镍都能抑制小鼠卵母细胞第一极体的释放 ,降低卵母细胞的质量和体外存活率 ,但是对卵母细胞生发泡破裂没有影响。提示 ,硝酸铅、氯化镍有明显的生殖毒性。

Abstract:The effect of lead nitrate and nickel chloride on maturation and meiosis of mouse oocyte in vitro was studied.The results showed that lead nitrate and nickel chloride could inhibit the release of the first polar body and affect the quality and viability of mouse oocyte,but had little impact on the germinal vesicle breakdown.It indicates that lead nitrate and nickel chloride have obvious reproductive toxicity.
