| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果及其影响因素.方法 采用CZF型聚焦超声治疗仪对1 280例慢性宫颈炎患者进行聚焦超声治疗.对其中有完整记录的1 080例患者的治疗效果及影响疗效的因素进行分析.结果 本组聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂的总有效率为98.8%(1 065/1 080).在其他参数不变的情况下,糜烂面直径与辐照时间呈指数关系.结论 聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎临床效果显著;根据糜烂面积和不同组织声能量沉积的差异决定辐照时间,可提高治疗过程的可控性及治疗的成功率.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and influencing factor of focused ultrasound for chronic cervicitis.Methods One thousand two hundred and eighty patients of chronic cervicitis were treated with the device of CZF model focused ultrasound,The therapeutic effects and influencing factor of 1080 cases with complete records were analyzed.Results The effective rate of focused ultrasound was 98.80%(1 065/1 080).With other parameters unchanged,the exposure time showed an exponential relationship with the diameter of erosion.Conclusion A satisfactory therapeutic effect could be achieved with focused ultrasound to treat chronic cervicitis.The controllability and achievement ratio could be improved with the exposure time according to area of cervical erosion and sound energy deposition of difference tissue. |
