| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)前超声检查的临床价值。方法对335例超声诊断胆囊疾病与LC结果进行回顾性分析。结果超声诊断与LC符合率达98．6％;超声正确诊断为临床提供了良好的术前选择依据,提高了手术成功率。结论超声诊断胆囊疾病准确,对选择LC适应症具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasonography before laparoscopic cholecystecomy (LC). Methods Three hundred and fifty five cases of cholecystic diseases were reviewed the ultrasonographic results and compared with those of LC retrospectively. Results Compared with the results of LC, the coincident rate of ultrasonography was 98.6%. The correct ultrasonic diagnosis provided credible evidence for clinical management, as a result of the increased rate of surgical success. Conclusion Preoperative ultrasonography plays an important role in accomplishing LC. |
