| 摘 要： | 目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定复方蛾公口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量。色谱条件 :InertsilODS色谱柱 ,水 -乙腈 (70∶30 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 70nm ,流速 0 8ml/min。该方法能理想地分离该药中淫羊藿苷 ,平均加样回收率为 96 10 % ,RSD为 2 0 5% (n =5)。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the icariine content in compound Ergong oral liquid. Methods The high efficiency liquid-phase chromatography was used with intertsil ODS as column and water-acetonitrile (70:30) mobile phase in 270mm wave and velocity 0.8ml/min. Results The average reclaim rate was 96.10% and RSD was 2.05% (n5). Conclusion This method could separate the icariine content effectively in the compound. |
